Catalyst Communities
Building Communities in British Columbia
Overview
Catalyst is a non-profit Community Development Society that does more than build affordable, below-market housing—they create spaces where people are treated with humanity and true dignity. When they opened the doors to their new Timberline I community in North Vancouver, they wanted to convey the true spirit of what it means to live in a Catalyst building.
To do this, Arqtic partnered with Catalyst to amplify the voices of their existing tenants from established communities. By showcasing the heart of their ongoing operations through those who know them best, we helped Catalyst translate a proven track record of belonging into a versatile, high-impact video framework designed to welcome a brand-new wave of residents home.

SOLUTION
We collaborated with the Catalyst team to turn established tenant experiences into an organized, beautiful media ecosystem. By capturing the generational impact of their work, we ensured their story resonates deeply with prospective residents looking at their newest building suites.
By organizing and elevating Catalyst's visual storytelling, this partnership provided their team with a powerful, dignified media toolkit. It allowed them to leverage the thriving communities they’ve already built to seamlessly seed life into their newest one—inviting new neighbors into Timberline by showing them exactly what it feels like to belong.
Moving forward, our commitment to Catalyst extends beyond content creation. Arqtic is proud to provide ongoing advertising management and strategic advisory support. By optimizing their campaign performance and consulting on digital workflows, we work to protect their team’s time and resources. This ensures Catalyst can maintain a highly sustainable management model, allowing them to focus their energy where it matters most: fostering vibrant, human-centric communities across British Columbia.
